The version of our customer premise equipment
(CPE) that you are using will affect the manner
in how you enter your static IP address. For example,
some versions of our CPE use a one-to-one NAT,
where a static IP address will be tied directly
to an internal private address (i.e. 192.xxx.xxx.xxx).
For this reason, we recommend that you contact
us before configuring your static IP address into
your environment.

assist you. Please be prepared to tell us what
device (i.e. router, computer, etc.) you are trying
to enter your static IP address into and the operating
system of your computer.
If you have additional questions on how to configure
your static IP address into your router, consult
your owner’s manual. If you are configuring
the static IP directly into your computer, consult
the help section of your computer’s operating
system (Windows, Macintosh, Linux, etc.).
